Kurosawa Films ／黒澤映画。

最近『社会人部活部』（仮名）たるモノを勝手に作ろうとしておりますmikanです。

日本映画祭(www.JFFLA.org)のスタッフながら、実は未だに黒澤映画を見た事の無かった私。

恥。

いや、ホンとに。

映画祭の時に初めて「隠し砦の三悪人」を拝見してしまいました次第です。
が、見え隠れしながら観賞する者に問い続ける意図的な絵の構成は本当にあっぱれ。しかも、５０年もたった今の変動し続ける文化の中でも、映画に吹き込まれた面白みが色あせていませんでした。ホント、素直に面白い。
それと、北野武やらの現代の映画の見方が変わってきました。
別に映画を見るのに他の作品を見ていなくてはいけない訳ではないのだけれど、
私の趣味的に、映画であれアートであれ料理であれ、ある作家が他の作家に影響されて作り出した事が分かるのが楽しいので、これは、黒澤明監督の作品を見切らないと気が済まなくなってしまったのです。

映画祭に関わってから映画の魅力に目覚めてきました。
「4Dsketch - 映画部」-発動ですねコレは。決定。

と、いうことで、マイフレンドS君、もっと黒澤映画回してちょうだいナ♪

i was one of the coordinator for the Japan Film Festival -Los Angeles- for this year.
but, i kept feeling a bit guilty for the fact that i had never seen Kurosawa films before....
we had two kurosawa films, "Sanjuro" and "The Hidden Fortress" in the film fest.
i got to see "The Hidden Fortress"(1958) and i was surprised how its story was timelessly funny. And it was so obvious how film making has changed over the last 50 years, in terms of how much physical effort is put into the production of the films. It really made me feel like watching ALL Kurosawa films. So I am on a mission...!!
